We took a family day and went to Temple Hall Regional Park. Our original plan was to get our pumpkins from here. They have a hay ride out to the pumpkin patch and a corn maze. However, we had to postpone to another day due to rain. So we tried again after Halloween. It was so fun. Jack loved playing in the corn bin. It's like a sand box with corn kernels. He also loved the bouncy cow and slide. Even though the slide was still wet, he went down a couple times. I think the highlight for him was a tie between the pony ride (he loves pony/horses rides) and the pig race. We watched the first pig race and then Jack noticed they got prizes for participating. He went right over to the head guy leading the races and got himself picked to help with the next race. So funny. He ran around the middle ring cheering on his pig. It was so cute. He got his piggy nose at the end, even though his pig didn't win. I can't wait to do this again next year. Hopefully, we can do it before Halloween so we can pick our own pumpkins.
