Feeling hot, hot hot!

Memorial Day weekend was a scorcher this year...at least for Jack. The poor kid started a fever and a mild case of pink eye on Friday and it continued all weekend long. Henry jumped on board with a low grade on Monday and again today. What is up with these boys! I am sure they will all be healthy again in a few days. Then it will be the parents turn to be sick!

Since we were all home together, we had some nice family time. We had a picnic lunch on Sunday at Sky Meadow Park (just past Middleburg). I think we will go back again sometime to hike some of the trails. We also did some work around the yard. Saturdays are our lawn/garden day. We got so much done. We moved dirt, moved rocks, began some plans for landscaping, mowed the lawn, trimmed the lawn, and washed the car. Can you believe we did this all before noon? Its a good thing we all love working outside together.
